The customer is responsible for using the rented equipment safely and for its intended purpose.
Any damage, misuse, or loss of equipment during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter.
Equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, subject to normal wear and tear.
While Taineq strives to ensure high-quality service, we are not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our Site or services.
Delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, breakdowns, supply shortages, etc.).
Any errors or omissions in the information provided on the Site.
Our total liability for any claim related to the use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific service or rental.
